July 1943: Newly built by Kisha Seizo Osaka. Assigned to Sapporo Railway Bureau, stationed at Kitami Depot.
September 1944: Kitami Depot → Kushiro Depot
March 1950: Kushiro Depot → Chiba Depot
June 1950: First-class reserve status removed. Chiba Depot → Kushiro Depot
March 1969: → Kushiro Depot, no auxiliary light
August 1974: Scrapped at Kushiro Depot
