First, the bureau section has a lock. When opened, there are a total of 8 drawers (4 on top, 4 on the bottom), 1 cabinet door on the top, 2 cabinet doors on the bottom, and 1 large double door at the very bottom.
The entire set of inner shelves can be detached from the main body.
There are no noticeable scratches on the surface, but upon opening and looking closely, you will find antique-specific scuffs and marks. Also, due to its age and humidity, the lock may not open during certain seasons.
