You can play both 3DS and DS software.
As a bonus, I will include the software shown in the 4th photo.

The cartridge slot sometimes has issues, and it may not come out completely when ejecting.
However, as shown in the first photo, there are no problems with cartridge reading or other operations.

If you are able to repair it yourself, I believe replacing the soft tray will fix the issue.
Even without repair, the software will not become un-ejectable.

Please note that an SD card is not included.
