This is a tea scoop by Kanzu Hasegawa, the 527th head priest of Daitoku-ji Temple and resident of Sangen-in. The inscription is Hana no Utage (Flower Banquet).
There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and the condition is good.
The accompanying box shows signs of age-related yellowing. The box is inscribed Shimozuri Tan Kan.
