This is a single item from the Tomytec Bus Collection HINOKUNI-GO 60th Anniversary 2-Car Set, specifically the Nishitetsu Highway Bus HINOKUNI-GO.
The scale is 1/150. I am not very knowledgeable about bus models, so please judge the vehicle type from the images.
It has been stored in a cool, dark place for many years after I acquired it, but I am selling it to someone who wants it as I am organizing my collection.
