FINIS Swimming ISO Hand Paddles Small
The strap-less ISO Paddles isolate specific muscle groups and enhance stroke awareness by correcting hand position. The ISO Paddles are designed to create an imbalance during the catch phase of the stroke. This allows swimmers to train specific muscles to adapt to the pressure created on one side of the paddle in order to maintain the correct stroke.
