There is dust inside the lens, but it does not affect image quality.
I purchased this lens used 2-3 years ago, used it a few times, and then stored it in a dry cabinet. To avoid any issues, please only purchase if you understand the mechanics of Hasselblad lenses.

As shown in the photos. There are minor scuffs and dents, but they do not affect usability.
■Optics
There is dust inside the lens that can be seen under a penlight, and possibly a slight haze. I do not believe these affect image quality.
No fungus.
