1958 Yashica-44 Twin-Lens Reflex Camera (with accessories)

This is a Yashica-44 twin-lens reflex camera, made in Japan and released in 1958.

The exterior and interior of the camera are in good condition with no noticeable scratches, rust, or scuffs.
The lens is also in good condition with no scratches, fungus, or haze.
Please understand that as a vintage item, there may be minor scuffs, dirt, and signs of use.
The leather cover has no tears, but shows signs of age.

Shutter is in good working order.
Focusing is in good working order.

The biggest feature of this camera is that it uses 127 film (also known as Vest Pocket film), which is smaller than the 120 film used in typical twin-lens reflex cameras, allowing you to take 4cm x 4cm square photos.

[Specifications]
Lens: Equipped with a Yashikor 60mm F3.5 lens.
Shutter: Features a Copal SV shutter with speeds from B (Bulb) to 1/500 second.
Design: Influenced by the popular Baby Rolleiflex of the time, it is characterized by its compact and cute size.
Operation: Film winding is done by a crank, but it is not linked to the shutter cocking. Therefore, you need to manually cock the shutter for each shot.

[Points to note for use]
Film: Currently, 127 film is difficult to obtain at general camera stores and must be purchased from specialty shops or online retailers.

[Shooting Procedure:]
Advance the film while checking the first frame in the red window on the back of the camera.
Reset the counter and start shooting.
Cock the shutter using the lever next to the lens after each shot.
