This item was purchased a long time ago and has been stored in unused condition. It appears to be discontinued. Reeds are not included.

*To extend the life of the drying tube, be sure to dry it under a desk lamp for 5-10 minutes every 21 days.
*To prevent bacterial growth, regularly clean and dry the reed case.

The included drying tube is unused but old. If you find it dries out too much or conversely, if you are concerned about moisture, please use it with a small commercial instrument humidity control pack (like Boveda) inside.

This is the older model (discontinued) as it has been replaced by the successor model HRC10. However, it is a popular product due to its simplicity and functionality.
