It is short in length, and the grip is for twosome play (likely a grip where you align your thumbs. I used it with a regular grip, though).
It feels a bit unusual, but I felt it made short putts go in quite well.
The length is not specified, but it measures approximately 80 cm from the end of the grip to the sole.
