Can be diluted with water, and becomes water-resistant when dry. I've used a little bit, but there's still plenty left.
I opened the pink lid and stirred it to see if it had separated from the water, but there was no problem at all. The colors are still the same.
There is a transparent sealed lid inside the white lid.
