This is a fan that used to hang on the wall of an old public bathhouse.
It works on low, medium, and high settings.
While it operates, there is a crack at the base of the neck, making it loose.
The oscillation function has not been tested as the pull cord is missing.
The surface has been cleaned, but some stains from tar and other age-related deterioration remain.
There is also some rust, but it is rare to find one of this type that still functions properly.
